Oaty Peanut Butter Cookies

  • Ingredients:
  • - 175g Scott's Porage oats
  • - 1 Egg
  • - 90ml Sunflower oil
  • - 90g Sugar
  • - 1 heaped tablespoon crunchy peanut butter

Cooking instructions:
Heat oven to 180, fan 160 degrees C. place all ingredients into a food processor /mixer and mix to combine. Place small spoonful of mixture onto baking sheets and bake for 15-18 mins or until just starting to colour. leave on trays for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. makes 30 small or 15 large cookies. Cooks tip: Will keep crispy for up to a week in an airtight container if they last that long. Try replacing the peanut butter for grated apple and a half teaspoon of cinnamon or any combination you might like to try.
