Scott’s Porage Forum / Competition Terms and Conditions

  1. The prize draw is open to all UK residents over 18, excluding employees and their immediate families of Walkers Snacks Limited (the "Promoter"), its affiliated companies, their agents or other persons professionally connected with the draw.
  2. By taking part in this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.
  3. All entries must be submitted online at www.scottsporage.co.uk. To enter the competition, visit www.scottsporage.co.uk/forum, tell us why you love Scott’s Porage / tell us your Scott’s Porage story and complete the online form.
  4. No purchase necessary.
  5. The opening date for receipt of entries and the closing date for receipt of entries for each monthly prize draw are as follows:
    • Draw 1 – 24/11/10 – 23/12/10
    • Draw 2 – 24/12/10 – 23/01/11
    • Draw 3 – 24/01/11 – 23/02/11
    • Draw 4 – 24/02/11 – 23/03/11
    • Draw 5 – 24/03/11 – 23/04/11
  6. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify incomplete, altered or illegible entries. No responsibility will be accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed, technical or telecommunications fault. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.
  7. No bulk, machine generated, consumer group or third party entries will be accepted. Multiple email address entries will be detected and declared void.
  8. The winning entry will be the best reason to ‘why you love Scott’s Porage’ or the best ‘Scott’s Porage story’ chosen by Walkers Snacks Limited (the “Promoter”) from all valid entries received by the closing date for the relevant monthly draw under independent supervision on the following dates:
    • Draw 1 – 24/12/10
    • Draw 2 – 24/01/11
    • Draw 3 – 24/02/11
    • Draw 4 – 24/03/11
    • Draw 5 – 24/04/11
  9. The winners will be notified by telephone or email by no later than one week after the winning entry has been chosen. All reasonable effort will be made to contact winners, however, if the prize is not claimed within two weeks of notification, an alternative winner will be chosen.
  10. The prize for each monthly prize draw is as follows:
    • Draw 1 – A year’s supply of Scott’s Porage - flavour of your choice (Original/Old Fashioned/So-Easy). 12 x 1kg boxes of Original/Old Fashioned and 365 sachets; 37 boxes of Scott’s So-Easy.
    • Draw 2 – A year’s supply of Scott’s Porage - flavour of your choice (Original/Old Fashioned/So-Easy). 12 x 1kg boxes of Original/Old Fashioned and 365 sachets; 37 boxes of Scott’s So-Easy.
    • Draw 3 – A year’s supply of Scott’s Porage - flavour of your choice (Original/Old Fashioned/So-Easy). 12 x 1kg boxes of Original/Old Fashioned and 365 sachets; 37 boxes of Scott’s So-Easy.
    • Draw 4 – A year’s supply of Scott’s Porage - flavour of your choice (Original/Old Fashioned/So-Easy). 12 x 1kg boxes of Original/Old Fashioned and 365 sachets; 37 boxes of Scott’s So-Easy.
    • Draw 5 – A year’s supply of Scott’s Porage - flavour of your choice (Original/Old Fashioned/So-Easy). 12 x 1kg boxes of Original/Old Fashioned and 365 sachets; 37 boxes of Scott’s So-Easy.
  11. The prizes are non-transferable, non refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part. The decisions of the Promoter are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  12. The Promoter shall not be liable for any defects whatsoever, or for the winners' or their guests' conduct with respect to the prizes once dispatched to the winners.
  13. The prizes will be delivered to the winners designated addresses by no later than 4 weeks of receipt of confirmation by the winner. The Promoter reserves the right to provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
  14. Winners may be required to take part in related publicity.
  15. The name and counties of the winners will be available between 14/12/2011 and 14/01/2012 upon application with a SAE to Walkers Snacks Limited, 1600 Arlington Business Park, Theale, Reading, RG7 4SA.
  16. By entering the competition and registering on this website, you consent to the collection and use of the information you voluntarily submit. Any personal information will only be used in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the individual's prior consent. All our email correspondence contains an unsubscribe option by which you can opt out of further email contact if you so wish.
